St Nicholas Church, Gt Wakering

It was a beautiful morning and I had a wander round the church and sat on the seat in the sunshine enjoying the peace and quiet.  Came home had coffee and then started gardening, came in for lunch about 2 and my friend phoned me.  Then the heavens opened, the hailstones were the size of peas or larger and one clap of thunder sounded like it was right above my head!  The road looked liked a river and this continued for about 20 minutes, the other end of the village didn't get the hailstones!  Put an extra on of the hailstones coming down on the flat roof
