Lemon and lime curd.

After picking up a very muddy A from Duke of Edinburgh expedition this afternoon, I made some lemon and lime curd. I had a request from a friend for some, so made a couple of jars.

I'm beginning to plan for holidays... Only another three weeks ( but they are so busy at work....)
