J's birthday

Early start this morning as the boys arrived at 6.30am from London. They had driven through the night with the bikes in the back of a van to come up for J’s 40th birthday. Day started badly with the news that the nutters are now in charge of the asylum and have voted to leave the EU.
While the SF and AD got some sleep we took the dog for a walk. After unloading the bikes from the back of the van we took it over to DR’s house where its free parking and dropped the dog off at day care. The afternoon was spent at Tom Kitchin’s restaurant in Leith having the taster menu and matched wines. Fantastic food and wine. Here is the card J received written by Tom himself as he was in the kitchen today along with the duck course. Came home to find Kilda had been dropped of by day care and wasn’t barking. Spent the rest of the night in watching a film called The Wire and having some nice cheese.
