The Great And The Good

I finished a five, Clare collected me, and after shooting home to change Clare and I set off for Newquay.
Traffic was horrendous and we arrived at 1820, twenty minutes late.
The Annual Formal Reception is hosted by the Station Commander of RAF St Mawgan and the invitees range from The Lord Lieutenant Of Cornwall to yours truly, around seventy-five of us.
We were treated to free drinks, canapés, a March Past with guard and band, Evening Colours and a flypast.
A good evening.
