Self portrait.

This little man was so pleased with his self portrait. The rest of us found it slightly amusing..........for some reason!

We spent the day helping out with our 10k race. GravyC was there early, setting up the finish line and measuring the last 300m around the rugby pitch, and I had plenty of people taking up my post race massages. The race director, Rosie, kindly returned our bike trailer after 4 years. Noo was delighted, GravyC less so! He had the honour of towing him down the hill and back up. Meanwhile, I took myself off for a 10k run to avoid cramping their style..
