Geological sites

Had a great night, which included more fire flies, campfire and smores. This is a shot of the geological formations on Sandstone Island in the Canadian Shield. Fascinating area, lots to see. We were sad to pack up and head home today after a delicious banana pancake breakfast. It is expected to be 40 today with humidity it is just as well we are heading back to our airconditioned home. The drive was 4 hours and after a quick unpack i drove off to the gym for a 2k run and 1k swim...now starting preparations for my 1st ever mini triathlon in August in earnest!
