Yellow wagtail?

Out then met a couple of older gents who pointed me in the direction of where to find a group of herons plus a buzzard was nearby. I turned round and came back to pass the gents but they blocked the road and were pointing. This yellow wagtail was on the fence. :-))  Thankyou fellas.:-)
