From Hopping Bridge

Today Miss C was enjoying a Viking day at school with her classmates. The activities including mounting a raid on Y3 which sounded frightening, but i'll spare you the gorey details. Suffice it to say, no school children were harmed in the making of this educational event.

Back at home I continued with the building of the guinea pig hutch palace with a break for lunch out and then back to it for the rest of the afternoon after an interlude clipping the inside of the hawthorn hedge. Beloved no longer wishes to be torn to shreds when getting out of her car. I suspect the novelty has worn off all too soon.

And so my couple of days off work draw to a close, with only the smallest of work interruptions. Back to the office in the morning.
