"Suffolk Dog Day"

This "Dog Day" is held every year at Helmingham Hall in Suffolk and gets bigger and bigger each time. I have never seen so many dogs of all breeds, shapes and sizes together and yet there never appears to be any aggression going on.
There were lots of different categories to go in for and we probably should have put Bracken in the Male Dogs "For your eyes only" (his big eyes always look as though they have just had fresh eyeliner applied and he may just have stood a chance) but we were too late to register so we just enjoyed watching all the other entrants. He thoroughly enjoyed meeting so many other dogs including lots of Border terriers and is now thoroughly "cream crackered" and so are we! He shows no sign of wanting an evening walk either so I think an early night for all of us is in order.
