In safe hands?

Every one of the buildings I manage seems to hold it's own little secrets. 

At one of my buildings we have recently had reports of a strange presence in empty rooms and of bunches of keys going missing at times when there is no one else on the premises. The building just happens to be next to the cemetery.

I was exploring the basement of one of my other buildings today and came across steel doors which, when opened, lead to a couple of underground vaults. The plaque on the doors indicates that they were made by Ratner Safes - a company established in London in 1784. It's not a place for the faint hearted because, if the door slammed shut, no one would hear you scream.
