Cake!

A repeat visit of the 'bitesize' Victoria sponge.

Steph was asked to make some cakes for a friend's charity tea party. The favourite of miniature Victoria sponges were dovetailed in with mini coffee and walnut cakes. These truly are bloomin lovely cakes (I know I am biased, both as it is my wife, and I can't pass up a good cake)

In amongst the cake making was preparation for Oliver's 5th Birthday party next weekend, with the making of the 'base' cake.
