The Sawfly and the Buttercup

My head and legs seem to have come to some sort of arrangement and are co-operating much better today, so perhaps I'm getting back to normal. Ha!

Coloured my hair, changed the sheets which have been washed and dried before the promised rain, and had a walk over the back. Lots of insects about and a few Ringlets and Marbled Whites, plus lots of Cinnabar caterpillars on the Ragwort.

Old friends who used to live locally have arrived from their new home in Cornwall and are staying with our friends up the road. Another couple are coming over this afternoon and we are all meeting up for the first time in a couple of years. It should be a noisy gathering.
