Flowering

This plant was just a green bush a few days ago and now it is a riot of yellow.  Someone will perhaps tell me what it is.  I felt up to driving again so went into town and did a bit of shopping.  C. came round in the afternoon to help me with carpet vaxing.  Today I am organising dinner for the other C. when he returns from his fishing trip.  The paella is a bought one but I have made a gooseberry fool with amaretti biscuit topping.  I won't speak about the other Brexit - a total, though somehow not wholly unsurprising  humiliation for England but well done Iceland.
