View over Dervaig - first day of hol

Awoke to rain pattering on the skylights of our cottage but just lovely to be back on Mull again . Notice the wee pencil tower of the church being returned to pristine condition. Spotted a woodpecker in the distance as we ate our lunch then I investigated some standing stones in the nearby forest which we hadn't discovered before. T he new binoculars which we have are making a huge difference to the wildlife we are able to spot.
