Meadows Festival

A beautiful day for the Meadows Festival. My partner and I went down to Newington for a spot of lunch. It was very quiet, there was only us and one other table in use.

After lunch we went down to the Meadows and wandered around the many stalls. This is one of the rare occasions where the weather conditions are perfect for an outdoor event. That's why Newington was so quiet. Last year, all the stalls and most of the entertainment was cancelled because of storm force winds.
