Scaffolding has finally gone...

and the rendering is finished! The majority of the guttering is in place, with just the downpipes left to be fitted. Steve is at the house tomorrow finishing off the last few bits and pieces inside the house before he jets off on holiday Thursday. This will be the last of the original work Steve quoted on finished, but luckily we have him on board to start the plastering when he gets back. This leaves us two weeks to sort the stairs (partly ordered this evening), insulate all the external walls and board them ready for plastering and raise the floor in the landing. Dad needs to finish the electrics and we also need to order a kitchen, bathroom suite and two toilets.
The pressure is on!
