Rice Rolls

One of the benefits of workaway, Sarah introduced us to rice rolls from Vietnam today.

Step 1: drop rice paper in lukewarm water

Step 2: once soft, fill paper with fillings (pork, rice, cucumber), roll

Step 3: cover in tangy sauce and enjoy!
