Throw the ball already...

This is Owen the dog, waiting for his mistress to throw a ball. It's his favourite game up at Letcliffe Park.
The Big Red Ball (BRB) is made of hard plastic - anything less and he'd have chewed it to pieces long ago. He particularly likes those expensive leather footballs. They remind him of chewy rabbits.
