Tuesday: Anglesey Potatoes & Elderflower

Walked down to the crossroads to buy some Anglesey potatoes. Noticed there was elderflower which was nicely open, slightly later than the tree on our road. Picked enough to make cordial and champagne - haven't successfully made champagne before, watch this space. Found a green caterpillar amongst the elderflower blossom, don't worry it's safely in the wild garden now!
MrD went to sit his nuclear safety exam this afternoon then discovered he already has the qualification. It rained so much whilst he was out that the first water butt is full.
