These two

fabulous ladies were my lunch dates today, along with Ev. Only Ev doesn't like her pics on the Internet, so I asked Dette (left) and Cecilia (right) if they would be my subjects today, and they happily complied :).

They'll both be off soon on summer holidays so we were getting together before they depart. Lovely company and I am so grateful for their friendship.

I'm organising a surprise birthday gathering for Ben tomorrow with his besties. The bass guitar cake is coming along nicely, so I'm glad that his friends are going to come and celebrate with him. Hopefully none of them are gonna let the cat out of the bag!
