Hanging Basket

I nipped outside quickly in the rain to take a few shots of the hanging basket I put together a couple of weeks ago.  I has been raining all morning, and on and off, most of this afternoon. When is it going to stop ?? This was the only cheerful thing I could find to brighten a very dull day.
