Are you serious?

Righto. Who in the name of goodness would park their ** ute/utility vehicle half out of the car space and walked away????? There about a metre and half the the back wall !!!
The station wagon parked along side it was parked properly.

From what I have observed thus far in the pass weeks/months, those driving a large vehicle (ute/SUV/4WD) in the KCH seriously need the head examined. The offences they commit are outright dangerous; intimidating smaller vehicles, driving in the middle of road as if they own the road, failed to signal (signalling will give the little guy  a chance to see whether they are turning right of left due their height and incorrectly parked.
