Stormy Nights

Last night, early this morning we endured a terrific storm. Lots of thunder and lightning along with rain and wind. It raged well into the morning, then cleared away. We made it to the Playa La Ropa this afternoon to find parts of the public area completely torn asunder. A crew was hard at working righting the overturned canopies and reattaching those which had broken free. The beach was a mess of washed up flotsam and this two days after a volunteer crew had come through cleaning the sand. Hopefully all will be put right by this weekend when another holiday will be upon us.
