Harris' Hawk

What a fabuolus experience today with New England Falconry in Hadley, Massachusetts.
A wonderful couple of hours learning about birds of prey. The experience of having such a beautiful bird land on one's hand was very powerful. It was a fascinating insight and I'd really love to go out on another event hunting with the hawks in the winter. I think I am going to plan that as a nature photo treat this next winter.
