A lazy day of Olympics watching and house tidying. We did pop out to see some friends this afternoon but not alot else. This was this morning, the kids watching Rebecca Addlington's 400m heat this morning. Chap and Little Lady were so excited waving their flags :) 'Go Rebecca!'

I've recorded her final for Chap to watch in the morning, she won bronze. Go Team GB!
