Had a guided walking tour of Rome and the Vatican City today

Started off at the Colosseum - was colossal - saw The Forum - newly married couple were having photographs taken - the newly restored Trevi Fountain - threw coins in - St Peter's Basillica - jaw dropping splendour - both inside and out

Just when we thought the day couldn't get any better - it didn't - R and I formed part of the cabaret whilst having an evening meal - we performed Delilah by Tom Jones - R's big Panto Number - in English - whilst a semi professional singer and accordionist sang in Italian

Receive rapturous applause - but not sure the audience were thinking Arrivaderchi Roma
