Uphill Impressions

Imagine (if you will) lots of thundering truck noises, horns, engines, diesel fumes and general traffic cacophany. Picture images such as I have included above and imagine a setting sun blasting directly into the drivers' eyes. Such is the journey "back up the hill" from Penrith to Blackheath. We pop down to Penrith once a fortnight or so to visit "civilisation" (for want of a better term). Today's dose should do us amply for another few weeks or so ... if only because of the return journey irritations.
