Had another wander lined up for the boys this morning but they wanted to go to Tor Wood... so off we went. Callum saw a deer and we had a good tramp through the woods.

In the afternoon a mate came round and we ended up watching the Olympics as his boy and mine sounded like they were dismantling the house. Another ten miler on the bike and then down to my Maw's for a roast dinner. All in all a good Sunday....
