Fine Dining
Appetiser:Chilled fedelini with gold string pumpkin and basil, gazpacho sauce... it had been wolfed before I even thought about taking a picture
Main Course: Grilled vegetables, lemon flavoured risotto, rougail and rosemary flavoured orange sauce ... this was truly delightful but could have done with being twice the size
Dessert: Rhubarb and peach compote, honey and lavender flavour mousse topped with lychee granite and edible flowers... OK so strict vegans don't eat honey but it was only 'flavour' and it was goooood
All accompanied by some lovely sparkling then a fruity pinot grigio.
A great way to end the day :)
