Notes: Headed out around 815a, did a few errands on the way to downtown and then Dr. appt at 10a for 2nd opinion on knees. Really liked this doc and he agreed that surgery recommended by the 1st doc wasn't a good idea. Bad news: there's really not a great option for me at this stage. Hit Trader Joe's on the way back and then had quiet day, headache setting in.
