A Great Day for British Cycling

It all started this morning when I watched Lizzy Armitstead win a silver medal in the women's olympic road race. Then we set off for The Atomic road race in Abbotsford. Andy finished second, his best ever result! And our friend Richard came second in his category, in his first ever road race! Brilliant results all round! Fiona and I enjoyed sitting in the sunshine watching.
