Getting a Nectar Hit

My fibromyalgia/arthritis in my neck and shoulders is giving me real trouble, so I'm feeling a bit fed up but this pretty Tortoiseshell on one of my flowers in the garden ( sorry I don't know what it's called) made me smile......it was lovely to watch him flitting around :-)
