Remember the fallen

Today marks the 100 year anniversary of the start of the Battle of the Somme . There is plenty going on to mark it so I wanted to dedicate my blip to the memory of all the fallen. I decided to take a few shots of some of the wild poppies on the waste ground next to work. As I took some shots I spotted the petals  of poppies that had been blown by the wind to the floor. So I decided to go with the shot for my blip.
Well nearly the weekend just the morning to go at work.
