Raspberry caipirinha

Celebration time - Lizzy has completed her teacher training and becomes a qualified teacher tomorrow and Chris has found two species of bee never previously recorded in the United Kingdom. This pre-dinner cocktail certainly had a kick, but was like summer in a glass - raspberry, lime, mint, soft brown sugar, vodka and lots of ice. Now we just need the weather to go with it!
