Bzzz

Didn't look too exciting when I got up this morning. Weigh in was good, I've been the same and correct weight now for four consecutive days now - this is good.

Cycled into to work - which was a bit like riding in a sauna, rather warm and mild. Sort of good day at work today. and cycled home again. On my way home I stopped at the local wildflower lawn farm to chat with them about a project in the village - nice people and good to meet them again.

Today's blip is a bee doing it's stuff in our wildflower lawn at home. After having a banana milkshake and making soup for dinner it poured with rain, but before the sun set there was some nice light so I nipped out at took some pictures, this is my favourite of them.
