Cold start

Went for a run this morning and found it tough running up hill  for the first 3k. This is the line up for todays run in about -3 and when we finished it had warmed up to Zero. Ophelia in the shorts and tee shirt is on holiday from the Antarctic, well thats what you would think if you saw her
