The Big Country

Took Mum for a seven kilometer walk along the abandoned railway line through the mountains of Takarazuka. Despite being afraid of the dark - she cannot even sleep with her bedroom door closed - she walked through several pitch black railway tunnels. Despite the 34 degree heat, she made it to the end. I'm very proud of her. She had a well deserved sleep when she got home, while I went for a 10 kilometer run. One of us is very likely bonkers, I fear.
