Played their socks off!

A historical day today! Wales through to the semi-finals of the Euros and I passed my final QTS assessment.
My nerves and paranoia of the night before washed away the moment I was in the classroom doing what I am most passionate about. My friends' and colleagues' support has been unending and I owe a huge debt of gratitude to one person particularly, who took a gamble with me. Without her in my corner I would never have gotten this far. Feeling genuinely overwhelmed by it all.
Excellent evening celebrating our students' sporting success was the icing on the cake- after the Wales win, obviously!
The socks belong to the other half! He ditched his English pride and put them on for the first time- they must be lucky!
