Eggplant Eggsitation

Had this for breakfast today, which included some aubergine. As an adult, in this decade, I find myself truly enjoying the vegetable. I catch myself in the act of choosing it at mealtimes. Having avoided it with a broomstick all this while, I wonder what brought the change. I'll put it to growing up.

Made two new friends over an Italian dinner of shared salad, pizza and pasta.
