Supervision

Joined at spin this morning by the bestest friend and we were worked hard.  I think my very busy week has definitely taken its toll and I have done more sleeping than steps today. I managed to keep going this morning, walking Bailey once I was back from spinning and then taking him to the vets for some worming tablets. An order returned and some shopping done on the way home and then back for an early lunch and not very much more. 

We've had a couple of curtailed walks due to jobs to be done this morning and the rain this evening but we did manage to get out into the garden for a little while to fill the bird feeders, deadhead the roses and cut the first sweet peas. Bailey supervised.
