Bantham Swoosh

Today I did the Bantham Swoosh - a 6k swim. I'm doing a further swim later in the season (the Plymouth Breakwater swim) and raising money for Prostate cancer

I swam it in 1 hour and 25 minutes which is 22 minute miles. Impressed!

And Maud behaved almost impeccably!
