Sir John Betjeman in St Pancras International Stat

I love this statue in St Pancras Station in London! Statue by Martin Jennings, it is so emotive! John Betjeman campaigned to save St Pancras, he loved Victorian architecture!
I had time between trains when I took this in Thursday, I was taking photos outside the station of St Pancras Hotel when I was approached by a young man from the hotel, who politely told me off for taking photos of the hotel as they respect their guests privacy!!! I used to work for the railway hotel company BTH and this building was our HQ known by all staff as "the Kremlin"!!! It has been impressively restored to its former glory!
