Trebon

We went to Trebon today, an old town about half an hour away in Czech Republic which I have blipped often. We wanted to go to the local sky diving festival but a severe thunderstorm yesterday washed everything out and flooded the landing field. 
This rather serene statue of a pregnant woman stands in the river near the town entrance. I haven't been able to find out anything about her, yet, but I will keep trying.
Tomorrow my sister and I head off to Slovenia so my commenting will probably be even worse than lately but I think I have my computer issues sorted, now.
