A very Bright Butterfly

Apparently this is a a male high brown fritillary, Argynnis adippe, according to my butterfly expert! It is a first for me and it was the only one flying this morning, I hope it finds a mate!

For the next 5 days I will not be able to blip as I am going for a trek at altitude as training for the Snow Leopard Conservation trek. There is an excellent weather forecast thank goodness so maybe I shall throw out my over-trousers. I can hardly pick up my rucksack! It is a long time since I did this sort of thing with ice axe, crampons and ropes!
