Dirty Birds, Muddy Race for Life

 I had a fabulous day. The Dirty Birds and The Bosom Buddies completed the Race for Life, pretty muddy run.  I ran/walked with some fantastic ladies today for a great cause. My friend Tamzin has been trying to get me to do this for ages, so here goes.
