Paul Heaton Again!

Will had a good violin lesson. Orchestra is not too far off and a Strings day for KS1 is being organised for November, fingers crossed. We then went out for lunch with N&P for Poppa's birthday. Will wasn't quite right, but a nice time was had.

I left Jim to do tea and bed while I headed east to Thetford Forest for a mini blip meet with Mr and Mrs Pink to see Paul Heaton and Jacqui Abbott (of Beautiful South fame). They were fantastic as always and I particularly liked Stornaway, one of the support bands from Oxford. Couldn't quite believe how close we got bearing in mind we arrived an hour after the doors opened. One row from the front again! Back home and in bed by 1am. Not to shabby to be fair, and it was dry all evening!
