.....apple pie and ice cream.......

Well it was..but I ate it!

This was due to be dessert yesterday...........but when I opened the box the instructions were that it needed baking for thirty minutes.............as only the DiL and I like apple pie we didn't bother.........we just had the ice cream.

A day to myself today.........apart for an hour or so when the S & H and family called  for a coffee......and a tea........and two lemonades. Don't know why but walking has been difficult today...really swollen foot and ankle.

Chili and chorizo  macaroni cheese this evening.........followed by the apple pie.......3/4 of the pie left........could be eating a lot of it this week, unless YH comes and collects some to take home.

Time for bed soon.
