Cerveja In the Town Square

Had to finish this stay in Portugal with a photo of our hosts and wonderful friends and family.  M & D have taken us to some wonderful places in this fascinating culture.  Reading a book about Portugal has brought to life the reason why this country on the edge of Europe is so interesting.  Apart from that, we have met friends and attended the church here in Mora and had a great meal at O Afonso in the center of Mora.  Rich and satisfying conversation, relaxing glasses of wine and Poejo, almond and egg desserts and very warm weather!  Back to Sutton tomorrow, but the richer for our visit to the Alentejo.
