Le Match

After a day of reflection yesterday, today it was time to vent our collective sporting spleens with a re-enacting of the 1911 FA Cup Final, Newcastle United v Bradford City. In 1911, City won 1-0 after a replay. Sorry to say that on this occasion 2016 Newcastle took the Honours, admittedly with the help of some French ringers who were taking time off from warming the bench in the Euros.
As for me, I'm just glad to have emerged from the event injury free, physically if not emotionally.
Huge thanks and congrats to cousin Craig who put this whole weekend together. Truly memorable!!
