I am not . . .

. . . a flower person. I like gardens, but have no interest in gardening itself, which is perhaps as well, as where we live is not ideal for anything other than the most hardy of plants.

However, since Blip, I have come to be quite enchanted by the few flowers that do make it and for the first time I have actually looked closely at them and even tried to photograph them. Not very well, but I am learning.

This is only the third flower that I have actually presented as a blip and I had to, as I have just found it and I think it is so complex and so beautiful.

I assume it is some kind of Hydrangea, but I can say no more than that . . . and I may be wrong anyway!
